The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

Are there any among the false gods of the nations that can bring rain? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O LORD our God? We set our hope on you, for you do all these things.

And God called the expanse Heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, the second day. And God said, "Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear." And it was so.

and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.

and they saw the God of Israel. There was under his feet as it were a pavement of sapphire stone, like the very heaven for clearness.

When your eyes light on it, it is gone, for suddenly it sprouts wings, flying like an eagle toward heaven.
