And Jehovah God will say to the serpent, Because thou didst this, cursed art thou above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust thou shalt eat all the days of thy life.

Its latter state it will bite as serpent, and sting as a viper.

And he will say, Who showed to thee that thou art naked? Of the tree which I charged thee not to eat, didst thou eat from it? And the man will say, The woman which thou gavest with me, she gave to me from the tree, and I shall eat And Jehovah God will say to the woman, What is this thou didst? And the woman will say, The serpent deceived me and I shall eat.

And I am afraid lest, as the serpent completely deceived Eve in his craft, so your thoughts be corrupted from the simplicity which in Christ.

And he seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of man be lifted up; That every one believing in him perish not, but have eternal life.

And Moses will make a brass serpent, and will set it up for a signal, and it was if the serpent bit a man and he looked upon the brass serpent, and he lived.

He removed the heights, and he brake in pieces the statues, and he cut off the image, and he beat down the serpent of brass which Moses made: for till those days the sons of Israel were burning incense to it and they called it brass.
