See therefore how ye walk carefully, not as unwise but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. For this reason be not foolish, but understanding what is the will of the Lord.
Walk in wisdom towards those without, redeeming opportunities.
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laugheth at the coming day.
So teach us to number our days, that we may acquire a wise heart.
But if any one of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all freely and reproaches not, and it shall be given to him:
while we look not at the things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the things that are seen are for a time, but those that are not seen eternal.
He hath made everything beautiful in its time; also he hath set the world in their heart, so that man findeth not out from the beginning to the end the work that God doeth.
For which of you, desirous of building a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, if he have what is needed to complete it;
The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty, only to want.
Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways and be wise: which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provideth her bread in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.
The heart of man deviseth his way, but Jehovah directeth his steps.
As for me, unto God will I call; and Jehovah will save me. Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray and moan aloud; and he will hear my voice.
each according as he has received a gift, ministering it to one another, as good stewards of the various grace of God.
