'Cannot' in the Bible

All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.

That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.

For all day long his work produces pain and frustration, and even at night his mind cannot relax! This also is futile!

He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also put eternity in their hearts, but man cannot discover the work God has done from beginning to end.

Just as he came naked from his mother's womb, he will leave as naked as he came; he will receive no profit from his efforts he cannot carry away even a handful.

In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity, consider: God has made the one as well as the other, so that man cannot discover anything that will come after him.

Just as no one has power over the wind to restrain it, so no one has power over the day of his death. Just as no one can be discharged during the battle, so wickedness cannot rescue the wicked.

A fool also is full of words: a man cannot tell what shall be; and what shall be after him, who can tell him?

The fool is so worn out by a hard day's work {he cannot even find his way home at night}.
