All this monotony is tiresome; no one can bear to describe it: The eye is never satisfied with seeing, nor is the ear ever content with hearing.
A large crowd was following him because they were observing the miraculous signs he was performing on the sick.
They were shown that they were serving not themselves but you, in regard to the things now announced to you through those who proclaimed the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven -- things angels long to catch a glimpse of.
As Death and Destruction are never satisfied, so the eyes of a person are never satisfied.
He told them, "You are not permitted to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.
