'Embrace' in the Bible
Then Joseph took [the boys] from [his father's embrace] and he bowed [before him] with his face to the earth.
"If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you embrace, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, 'Let us go and worship other gods'-which neither you nor your fathers have known,
Furthermore, if a man approached him to bow down in front of him, he would put out his hand, grab him, and embrace him.
And he said, About this season, according to the time of life, thou shalt embrace a son. And she said, Nay, my lord, thou man of God, do not lie unto thine handmaid.
They are wet with the showers of the mountains, and embrace the rock for want of a shelter.

Don't trust in a neighbor. Don't put confidence in a friend. With the woman lying in your embrace, be careful of the words of your mouth!
And if ye embrace your brethren only, what do ye more than others? Do not even the publicans so?
It's not that I have already reached this goal or have already become perfect. But I keep pursuing it, hoping somehow to embrace it just as I have been embraced by the Messiah Jesus.
Therefore let those of us who are "perfect" embrace this point of view. If you think otherwise, God will reveal to you the error of your ways.
And so, made heirs by his own grace, eternal life we now embrace.
