'Greedy' in the Bible
For the wicked one boasts about his own cravings;the one who is greedy curses and despises the Lord.
A greedy man is in a hurry for wealth;he doesn’t know that poverty will come to him.
A greedy person provokes conflict,but whoever trusts in the Lord will prosper.
The Pharisee took his stand and was praying like this: ‘God, I thank You that I’m not like other people —greedy, unrighteous, adulterers, or even like this tax collector.
