'Hand' in the Bible

“Because I called and you refused [to answer],I stretched out my hand and no one has paid attention [to my offer];

Long life is in her right hand;In her left hand are riches and honor.

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due [its rightful recipients],When it is in your power to do it.

Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk];Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.

Tear yourself away like a gazelle from the hand of the hunterAnd like a bird from the hand of the fowler.

Poor is he who works with a negligent and idle hand,But the hand of the diligent makes him rich.

The hand of the diligent will rule,But the negligent and lazy will be put to forced labor.

Why is there money in the hand of a fool to buy wisdom,When he has no common sense or even a heart for it?
