And in that dayThe mountains will drip with sweet wine,And the hills will flow with milk,And all the brooks of Judah will flow with water;And a spring will go out from the house of the LordTo water the valley of Shittim.

“Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord,“When the plowman will overtake the reaperAnd the treader of grapes him who sows seed;When the mountains will drip sweet wineAnd all the hills will be dissolved.

And it will come about in the last daysThat the mountain of the house of the LordWill be established as the chief of the mountains.It will be raised above the hills,And the peoples will stream to it.

Hear now what the Lord is saying,“Arise, plead your case before the mountains,And let the hills hear your voice.

Mountains quake because of HimAnd the hills dissolve;Indeed the earth is upheaved by His presence,The world and all the inhabitants in it.

He stood and surveyed the earth;He looked and startled the nations.Yes, the perpetual mountains were shattered,The ancient hills collapsed.His ways are everlasting.

“On that day,” declares the Lord,“There will be the sound of a cry from the Fish Gate,A wail from the Second Quarter,And a loud crash from the hills.

Then they will begin to say to the mountains, ‘Fall on us,’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us.’
