'Kill' in the Bible

Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock.

In the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to kill thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.

Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house, and ministering in the house: they shall kill the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.

When the order went out to kill the advisors, they searched for Daniel and his friends to kill them, too.

And if they are drivenby their enemies into captivity,from there I will commandthe sword to kill them.I will fix My eyes on themfor harm and not for good.

Therefore, LORD, please kill me, because it's better for me to die than to live!"

The lion mauled whatever its cubs neededand strangled prey for its lionesses.It filled up its dens with the kill,and its lairs with mauled prey.

Will he therefore empty his fishnet and continually kill nations without showing mercy?

I will overthrow royal thrones and shatter the might of earthly kingdoms. I will overthrow chariots and those who ride them, and horses and their riders will fall as people kill one another.

The ones buying them kill them and go unpunished, and the ones selling them say, 'Blessed [be] Yahweh, for I have become rich.' Their own shepherds have no compassion for them.
