'Occupy' in the Bible
and to occupy the best seats in the synagogues and at dinner parties,
and he who did call thee and him having come shall say to thee, Give to this one place, and then thou mayest begin with shame to occupy the last place.

Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the later times some will desert the faith and occupy themselves with deceiving spirits and demonic teachings,
Occupy thyself with these things; be wholly in them, that thy progress may be manifest to all.
Little children (believers, dear ones), guard yourselves from idols—[false teachings, moral compromises, and anything that would take God’s place in your heart].
