'Whoever' in the Bible
Whoever feared the message from the LORD among Pharaoh's officials made his servants and livestock flee into shelters.
But whoever did not pay attention to the message from the LORD left his servants and his livestock outside in the fields.
You must eat unleavened bread for seven days. On the first day you must remove yeast from your houses. Whoever eats what is leavened from the first day through the seventh day must be cut off from Israel.
Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses; for whoever eateth what is leavened that soul shall be cut off from the assembly of Israel, whether he be a sojourner, or born in the land.
"This is what the Lord has commanded: 'Each person is to gather from it what he can eat, an omer per person according to the number of your people; each one will pick it up for whoever lives in his tent.'"
And thou hast made a border for the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, going up into the mount, or coming against its extremity; whoever is coming against the mount is certainly put to death;
You are not to make use of the name of the Lord your God for an evil purpose; whoever takes the Lord's name on his lips for an evil purpose will be judged a sinner by the Lord
“Whoever strikes a person so that he dies must be put to death.
“Whoever strikes his father or his mother must be put to death.
“Whoever kidnaps a person must be put to death, whether he sells him or the person is found in his possession.
“Whoever curses his father or his mother must be put to death.
“Whoever has sexual intercourse with an animal must be put to death.
“Whoever sacrifices to any gods, except the Lord alone, is to be set apart for destruction.
He told the elders, “Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute should go to them.”
For seven days you shall make atonement for the altar [of burnt offering] and consecrate it; then the altar shall be most holy. Whatever touches the altar must be holy (set apart for God’s service).
You shall consecrate them, that they may be most holy; whatever touches them must be holy (set apart for God).
Whoever compoundeth any like it, or whoever putteth any of it upon any strange thing, shall be cut off from his peoples.
Whoever maketh like unto it, to smell it, shall be cut off from his peoples.
Observe the Sabbath, for it is holy to you. Whoever profanes it must be put to death. If anyone does work on it, that person must be cut off from his people.
Work may be done for six days, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the LORD. Whoever does work on the Sabbath is certainly to die.

And Moses stood at the camp’s entrance and said, “Whoever is for the Lord, come to me.” And all the Levites gathered around him.
The Lord replied to Moses: “I will erase whoever has sinned against Me from My book.
Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of rest to Jehovah: whoever does work on it shall be put to death.
