'Low' in the Bible
And Israel was brought very low because of Midian; and the children of Israel cried unto Jehovah.
And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his clothes, and said, Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art one of them that trouble me; for I have opened my mouth unto Jehovah, and I cannot go back.
Jehovah maketh poor, and maketh rich: He bringeth low, he also lifteth up.

thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Remove the mitre, and take off the crown; this'shall be no more the same; exalt that which is low, and abase that which is high.
