'Peoples' in the Bible

Why do the nations rebeland the peoples plot in vain?

Let the assembly of peoples gather around You;take Your seat on high over it.

The Lord judges the peoples;vindicate me, Lord,according to my righteousness and my integrity.

He judges the world with righteousness;He executes judgment on the nations with fairness.

Sing to the Lord, who dwells in Zion;proclaim His deeds among the nations.
