And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them and be their God.
They have children at their desire, and leave the rest of their substance for their babes. But as for me, I shall behold thy presence in righteousness: and when I awake up after thy likeness, I shall be satisfied with it.
And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again: and receive you even unto myself, that where I am, there may ye be also.
then shall we which live and remain, be caught up with them also in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Thou shalt show me the path of life; in thy presence is the fulness of joy, and at thy righthand there is pleasure for evermore.
That the redeemed of the LORD, which turned again, might come with joy unto Zion, there to endure forever? That mirth and gladness might be with them? That sorrow and woe might flee from them?
Then his master said unto him, 'Well, good servant and faithful; Thou hast been faithful in little, I will make thee ruler over much: enter in into thy master's joy.'
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
For what is our hope or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not ye it in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? Yea, ye are our glory and joy.
which is a token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye are counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer. It is verily a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you, and to you which are troubled, rest with us; when the Lord Jesus shall show himself from heaven, with his mighty angels,
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, "Write, 'Blessed are the dead, which hereafter die in the Lord: Even so, saith the spirit, that they may rest from their labors; but their works shall follow them.'"
For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are married: but are as the angels of God in heaven.
For when they shall rise again from death, they neither marry, nor are married: but are as the angels which are in heaven.
but they which shall be made worthy to enjoy that world, and the resurrection from death, neither marry wives, neither are married, nor yet can die any more. For they are equal unto the angels: and are the sons of God, inasmuch as they are the children of the resurrection.
And the city hath no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to lighten it. For the brightness of God did light it: and the lamb was the light of it.
The wise, such as have taught others, shall glister as the shining of heaven: and those that have instructed the multitude unto Godliness, shall be as the stars, world without end.
Then shall the just men shine as bright as the sun in the kingdom of their father. Whosoever hath ears to hear, let him hear.
For our exceeding tribulation, which is momentary and light, prepareth an exceeding and eternal weight of glory unto us,
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and a peculiar people, that ye should show the virtues of him that called you out of darkness into his marvelous light,
When Christ, which is our life, shall show himself; then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
"Father, I will that they, which thou hast given me, be with me where I am: that they may see my glory which thou hast given me. For thou lovedest me before the making of the world.
that ye would walk worthy of God, which hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
For I suppose that the afflictions of this life are not worthy of the glory which shall be showed upon us.
The elders which are among you I exhort, which am also an elder and a witness of the afflictions of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be opened:
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, neither crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the old things are gone.
As for death, he shall utterly consume it. The LORD God shall wipe away the tears from all faces, and take away the rebuke of his people through the whole world. For the LORD himself hath said it.
And the redeemed of the LORD shall convert, and come to Zion with thanksgiving. Everlasting joy shall they have, pleasure and gladness shall be among them. And as for all sorrow and heaviness, it shall vanish away.
For the lamb which is in the midst of the seat, shall feed them, and shall lead them unto fountains of living water, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."
But our conversation is in heaven, from whence we look for a saviour, even the Lord Jesus Christ,
And of Zion it shall be reported, that he was born in her; and the most high shall establish her.
There shall be no lion, and no ravishing beast shall come therein, nor be there, but men shall go there free and safe. And the redeemed of the LORD shall convert, and come to Zion with thanksgiving. Everlasting joy shall they have, pleasure and gladness shall be among them. And as for all sorrow and heaviness, it shall vanish away.
But now they desire a better, that is to say a heavenly. Wherefore God is not ashamed of them, even to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
And I, John, saw that holy city, new Jerusalem, come down from God out of heaven prepared as a bride garnished for her husband.
Nevertheless, in this rejoice not, that the spirits are under your power: But rejoice because your names are written in heaven."
Yea, and I beseech thee faithful yokefellow, help the women which laboured with me in the gospel, and with Clement also, and with others, my labour fellows, whose names are in the book of life.
and unto the congregation of the first born sons, which are written in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of just and perfect men:
He that overcometh shall be clothed in white array, and I will not put out his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my father, and before his angels.
and all that dwell upon the earth worshipped him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the lamb, which was killed from the beginning of the world.
And I looked, and, lo, a lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty four thousand having his father's name written in their foreheads.
The beast that thou seest, was, and is not, and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and shall go into perdition, and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder - whose names are not written in the book of life from he beginning of the world - when they behold the beast that was, and is not.
And I saw the dead, both great and small, stand before God: And the books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged of those things which were written in the books according to their deeds.
And there shall enter into it none unclean thing; neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh lies, but they only which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
