Acts 10:3

Cornelius Has A Vision

² He was a devout man who respected God with his entire household. He gave many gifts of mercy to the people and prayed to God always. ³ About the ninth hour of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had just come in and said to him, “Cornelius!” ⁴ He looked at him and was afraid. What is it, Lord? He replied. The angel said: God hears your prayers and sees your gifts of mercy.
