Seven heads of grain, full and ripe, were growing on one stalk. Then seven other heads of grain sprouted thin and scorched by the desert wind. The thin heads of grain swallowed the full ones. The king woke up and realized that he had been dreaming.

Exodus 3:2-3

There the angel of Jehovah appeared to him in a flame of fire coming from the middle of a bush. Moses saw that the bush was on fire but that it was not burning up. This is strange, he thought. Why is the bush not burning up? I will go closer and see.

Acts 7:30-32

At the end of forty years, Jehovah's angel appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sinai in a flame of fire in a bush. (Exodus 3:3) When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight. He drew near to look at it and the voice of Jehovah came to him. He said: I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Judges 7:13-15

When Gideon arrived, he heard a man telling a friend about a dream. He was saying: I dreamed that a loaf of barley bread rolled into our camp and hit a tent. The tent collapsed and lay flat on the ground. His friend responded: This is nothing else but the sword of Gideon, the son of Joash. For God delivered Midian and its army to this man of Israel. 1 Samuel 3:2-15

I told him I would hand down a long lasting judgment against his household because he knew about his sons' sin. They were cursing God but he did not restrain them. I have taken an oath concerning Eli's family line. No offering or sacrifice will ever be able to make peace for the sins that Eli's family committed. Samuel remained in bed until morning. 1 Kings 3:4-15

One time he went to Gibeon to offer sacrifices because that was where the most used altar was. He offered hundreds of burnt offerings there in the past. That night Jehovah appeared to him in a dream and asked him: What do you want me to give you? Solomon answered: You always showed great love for my father David, your servant. He was good, loyal, and honest in his relation with you. You have continued to show him your great and constant love by giving him a son who today rules in his place.read more.
