¹⁹ And I knew that the king of Egypt will not give you to go and not with a strong hand. ²⁰ And I sent my hand and struck Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in its midst: and after that he will send you forth. ²¹ And I gave favor to this people in the eyes of the Egyptians, and it shall be when ye shall go, ye shall not go empty.
