Abraham And Abimelech

⁶ God said to him in a dream: Yes, I know that you did this with a clear conscience. In fact, I kept you from sinning against me. That is why I did not let you touch her. ⁷ Now therefore, restore the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not restore her, know that you shall surely die, you and all who are yours.” ⁸ So Abimelech got up early in the morning. He called all his servants and told them everything. The men were very afraid.

Pray for

1 Samuel 7:5

Samuel called all the Israelites to meet at Mizpah. He told them: I will pray to Jehovah for you there.

Job 42:8

So now take seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Job and sacrifice a burnt offering for yourselves. My servant Job will pray for you, and I will accept his prayer and not deal with you according to your folly. You did not speak correctly about me, as my servant Job has.
