O LORD our governour, how excellent is thy name in all the world!

How excellent is thy mercy, O God! And the children of men shall put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.

He that hewed timber afore out of the thick trees was known to bring it to an excellent work.

Very excellent things are spoken of thee, thou city of God. Selah.

Such knowledge is too wonderful and excellent for me; I cannot attain unto it.

praise the name of the LORD! For his name only is excellent, and his praise above heaven and earth.

Praise him in his noble acts; praise him in his excellent greatness.
