God considered Christ to be sinful on our behalf, even though He never sinned, so that we could be considered right with God through Him.

in honor or dishonor, in praise or blame; considered an imposter, when I am true,

Therefore I considered [it] necessary to urge the brothers that they should go on ahead to you and make arrangements in advance for your generous gift that was promised previously, so this would be prepared as a generous gift and not as grudgingly granted.

And what I am doing, I will also continue to do, in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things of which they boast.
