He should turn away from wrong living and do what is good. He should desire peace and do whatever it takes to maintain it.

For when he was so honored and glorified by God the Father and from the supreme glory there were borne to him such words as these: "This is my Son, my Beloved! He is my Chosen!"??18 we heard these words borne from heaven when we were with him on that sacred mountain.

and this voice we heard uttered from heaven, being with him on the holy mountain.

For [when] they maintain this, it escapes [their] notice that the heavens existed long ago and the earth held together out of water and through water by the word of God,

He who professes to maintain union with God is himself bound to live as Christ lived.

So, the [demonic] spirits assembled the kings together at the place which is called "Armageddon" in Hebrew. [Note: "Armageddon" means "mountain of Megiddo" and was a site in northwestern Palestine where several decisive battles had been fought centuries earlier. See Judges 4,5,7].

Every island fled away, and there was not a mountain anywhere to be seen.

And I fell at his feet to worship him; and he saith to me, See thou do it not; I am a fellowservant of thee, and of thy brethren who maintain the testimony to Jesus; worship God. For the testimony to Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
