As he was passing along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting their nets in the sea, for they were fishermen.

Jesus left that place and went along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, and went up on the hillside and sat down there.

When evening came on, the boat was in the middle of the sea, and he was alone on shore.

And such great crowds gathered about him that he got into a boat and sat down in it, while all the people stood on the shore.
