And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.


and to you who are being afflicted to give rest together with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels.




Suddenly a vast, heavenly army appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,

But when he again brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all the angels of God worship him!"

Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels in a circle around the throne, as well as the living creatures and the elders. Their number was ten thousand times ten thousand -- thousands times thousands --


But when he again brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all the angels of God worship him!"


As a result God exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow -- in heaven and on earth and under the earth -- and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.


Praise the Lord, O my soul! O Lord my God, you are magnificent. You are robed in splendor and majesty. He covers himself with light as if it were a garment. He stretches out the skies like a tent curtain, and lays the beams of the upper rooms of his palace on the rain clouds. They will come back shedding tears of contrition. I will bring them back praying prayers of repentance. I will lead them besides streams of water, along smooth paths where they will never stumble. I will do this because I am Israel's father; Ephraim is my firstborn son.'"


You must say to Pharaoh, 'Thus says the Lord, "Israel is my son, my firstborn,

and when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders threw themselves to the ground before the Lamb. Each of them had a harp and golden bowls full of incense (which are the prayers of the saints).
