And the Son of man goes, as it is determined; but alas for that man by whom he is delivered up. And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it could be that was about to do this thing. And he said to them: The kings of the nations have dominion over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called benefactors. But you shall not be so; but let the greatest among you be as the younger, and him that is chief, as he that serves. For which is greater, he that reclines at table, or he that serves? Is not he that reclines at table? But I am among you as one that serves. You are they that have continued with me in my trials; and I appoint to you a kingdom, as my Father has appointed to me, that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

But the rest of the dead lived not till the thousand years were completed. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection; over such the second death has no power: but they shall be priests of God and of the Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

And there shall be no more curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it: and his servants shall serve him. And they shall see his face, and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no more night; and they have no need of the lamp, nor of the light of the sun: for the Lord God will give them light: and they shall reign from age to age.

But Jesus called them to him, and said: You know that the rulers of the Gentiles act as lords over them, and their great men have authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever will be great among you, let him be your minister. And whoever will be first among you, let him be your servant;

But you must not be called Rabbi; for one is your leader, and all of you are brethren. And call no man on earth your father; for one is your Father, who is in heaven. And be not called leaders; for one is your leader, the Christ. read more.

But it shall not be so among you. But whoever desires to be great among you, shall be your minister; and whoever among you desires to be first, shall be servant of all.
