{Now when the feast was already half over}, Jesus went to the temple [courts] and began to teach.

because he was teaching them like one who had authority, and not like their scribes.


And opening his mouth he began to teach them, saying,

And getting out [of the boat] he saw the large crowd and had compassion on them, because they were like sheep {without} a shepherd, and he began to teach them many [things].

And he began to teach in their synagogues, [and] was praised by all.

And he got into one of the boats, which was Simon's, [and] asked him to put out from the land a little. And he sat down [and] began to teach the crowds from the boat.

This man came to him at night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that [you are] a teacher who has come from God, for no one is able to perform these signs that you are performing unless God were with him."

Now early in the morning he came again to the temple [courts]. And all the people were coming, and he sat down [and] began to teach them.


And he went around through all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. And a report about him went out {throughout} Syria, and they brought to him all those {who were sick} with various diseases and afflicted by torments, demon-possessed and epileptics and paralytics, and he healed them.


the blind receive sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised, and the poor have good news announced to [them].





And departing from there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee, and he went up on the mountain [and] was sitting there. And large crowds came to him, having with them [the] mute, blind, lame, crippled, and many others, and they put them down at his feet, and he healed them. So then the crowd was astonished [when they] saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing, and they praised the God of Israel.



And departing from there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee, and he went up on the mountain [and] was sitting there. And large crowds came to him, having with them [the] mute, blind, lame, crippled, and many others, and they put them down at his feet, and he healed them. So then the crowd was astonished [when they] saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing, and they praised the God of Israel.

And large crowds followed him from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from the other side of the Jordan.

And after John {had been taken into custody}, Jesus went into Galilee proclaiming the gospel of God







If others share this right over you, do we not [do so] even more? Yet we have not made use of this right, but we endure all [things], in order that we may not cause any hindrance to the gospel of Christ.


and for me, that a word may be given to me at the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,






And after John {had been taken into custody}, Jesus went into Galilee proclaiming the gospel of God

I produced the former account, O Theophilus, about all {that} Jesus began to do and to teach,

But you are not to be called 'Rabbi,' because one is your teacher, and you are all brothers,


And he began to teach in their synagogues, [and] was praised by all.

This man came to him at night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that [you are] a teacher who has come from God, for no one is able to perform these signs that you are performing unless God were with him."

Now it happened that on another Sabbath he entered into the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there, and his right hand was withered.

And they sent their disciples to him with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that you are truthful and teach the way of God in truth, and {you do not care what anyone thinks}, {because you do not regard the opinion of people}.

And [after] he arrived at the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came up to him [while he] was teaching, saying, "By what authority are you doing these [things]? And who gave you this authority?"

And [when they] came, they said to him, "Teacher, we know that you are truthful and {you do not care what anyone thinks}, {because you do not regard the opinion of people} but teach the way of God in truth. Is it permitted to pay taxes to Caesar or not? Should we pay or should we not pay?"

And they asked him, saying, "Teacher, we know that you speak and teach rightly, and do not {show partiality}, but teach the way of God in truth.

Now [when he] saw the crowds, he went up the mountain and [after he] sat down, his disciples approached him.

And it happened that when Jesus had finished giving orders to his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and to preach in their towns.

At that time Jesus said to the crowds, "Have you come out with swords and clubs, as against a robber, to arrest me? Every day in the temple [courts] I sat teaching, and you did not arrest me!

And again he began to teach beside the sea, and a very large crowd was gathered to him, so that he got into a boat [and] sat on the sea, and the whole crowd was at the sea on the land.

But they insisted, saying, "He incites the people, teaching throughout the whole of Judea and beginning from Galilee as far as here."


And large crowds came to him, having with them [the] mute, blind, lame, crippled, and many others, and they put them down at his feet, and he healed them.

In that hour he healed many [people] of diseases and suffering and evil spirits, and he granted sight to many blind [people].

This man came to him at night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that [you are] a teacher who has come from God, for no one is able to perform these signs that you are performing unless God were with him."


And he went around through all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. And a report about him went out {throughout} Syria, and they brought to him all those {who were sick} with various diseases and afflicted by torments, demon-possessed and epileptics and paralytics, and he healed them.

And he healed many {who were sick} with various diseases and expelled many demons. And he did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name [because they] saw his signs which he was doing.

And he came down with them [and] stood on a level place, and a large crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all of Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast district of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases, and those who were troubled by unclean spirits were cured. And the whole crowd was seeking to touch him, because power was going out from him and healing [them] all.


And he went around through all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. And a report about him went out {throughout} Syria, and they brought to him all those {who were sick} with various diseases and afflicted by torments, demon-possessed and epileptics and paralytics, and he healed them. And large crowds followed him from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from the other side of the Jordan.

And getting up early in the morning [while it was] very dark, he departed and went to a deserted place, and there he was praying. And Simon and those [who were] with him searched diligently for him. And they found him and said to him, "Everyone is looking for you!" read more.
And he said to them, "Let us go elsewhere, into the neighboring rural towns, so that I can preach there also, because I have come out for this [very] reason." And he went into all Galilee preaching in their synagogues and expelling demons.

And [when it] was day, he departed [and] went to an isolated place. And the crowds were seeking him, and came to him and were trying to prevent him from departing from them. But he said to them, "It is necessary [for] me to proclaim the good news [of] the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because I was sent for this [purpose]. And he was preaching in the synagogues of Judea.


And he went around through all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. And a report about him went out {throughout} Syria, and they brought to him all those {who were sick} with various diseases and afflicted by torments, demon-possessed and epileptics and paralytics, and he healed them.

And he healed many {who were sick} with various diseases and expelled many demons. And he did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.


And he went around through all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. And a report about him went out {throughout} Syria, and they brought to him all those {who were sick} with various diseases and afflicted by torments, demon-possessed and epileptics and paralytics, and he healed them. And large crowds followed him from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from the other side of the Jordan.

And [when] the men of that place recognized him, they sent [word] into that whole surrounding region, and they brought to him all those {who were sick}. And they were imploring him that they might only touch the edge of his cloak, and all those who touched [it] were cured.


And large crowds came to him, having with them [the] mute, blind, lame, crippled, and many others, and they put them down at his feet, and he healed them.



And he healed many {who were sick} with various diseases and expelled many demons. And he did not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

And he came down with them [and] stood on a level place, and a large crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all of Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast district of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases, and those who were troubled by unclean spirits were cured. And the whole crowd was seeking to touch him, because power was going out from him and healing [them] all.



{But there will be no gloom for those who were in distress}. In former times he treated [the] land of Zebulun and Naphtali with contempt, but in the future he will honor the way of the sea beyond the Jordan, Galilee [of] the nations. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; light has shined on those who lived in a land of darkness.

Now [when he] heard that John {had been arrested}, he withdrew into Galilee. And leaving Nazareth, he went [and] lived in Capernaum by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali, in order that what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah would be fulfilled, who said, read more.
"Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, {toward the sea}, on the other side of the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles-- the people who sit in darkness have seen a great light, and the ones who sit in the land and shadow of death, a light has dawned on them."



And he came [and] raised her up [by] taking hold of her hand, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them.



And he went into all Galilee preaching in their synagogues and expelling demons.

Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath.
