whereas angels, though greater in might and power, do not bring a railing judgment against them before the Lord.

And he said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom."

They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk about your power;

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds.

Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. read more.
And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Let us not come into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.'

He said to them, "When you pray, say, 'Father, hallowed be your name. May your Kingdom come. Give us day by day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.'"

"Be careful that you do not do your righteousness before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. Therefore when you do merciful deeds, do not sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from people. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward. But when you do merciful deeds, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does, read more.
so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you. "And when you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you. And in praying, do not use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Let us not come into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.' "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. "Moreover when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.

but taking his leave of them, and saying, "I will return again to you if God wills," he set sail from Ephesus.

For I do not wish to see you now in passing, but I hope to stay a while with you, if the Lord permits.

For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me. This is the will of him who sent me, that of all he has given to me I should lose nothing, but should raise him up at the last day. This is the will of my Father who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day."

But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord is willing. And I will know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power.
