And when the season of the fruits drew near, he sent his servants to the husbandmen, that they might receive his fruits.

And others are they that are sown among the thorns; these are they who hear the word, but the cares of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.
And those seeds which fell among the thorns, these are they who, when they have heard, go away and are choked with the cares and riches and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to perfection.
But Martha was cumbered about much serving; and she came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? Tell her therefore to help me. But the Lord answering said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art anxious and troubled about many things. But one thing is needful. For Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
But take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be weighed down with surfeiting and drunkenness and worldly cares, and that day come upon you unawares.
and I would have you free from anxious cares. He that is unmarried careth about the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord; but he that is married careth about the things of the world, how to please his wife. There is a difference also between a wife and a virgin; the unmarried woman careth about the things of the Lord, to be holy, both in body and in spirit; but she that is married careth about the things of the world, how to please her husband.
Come to me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest for your souls.
And when they bring you to the synagogues and the magistrates and the authorities, be not anxious as to how or what ye shall answer, or what ye shall say; for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what ye ought to say.
