But the end of all things is at hand; be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

Behold I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to render to every one as his work shall be.
And do this, knowing the season, that it is high time now to awake out of sleep; for salvation is nearer to us now, then when we first believed. The night is far spent; the day is at hand, let us therefore put off the works of darkness, and put on the armour of light.

Learn a parable from the fig-tree: when its branch is now tender and shooteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh. So likewise when ye see all these things, know that it is nigh, even at the doors. Verily I say to you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.
Verily I say to you, this generation shall in no wise pass, till all these things be done.
Now when these things begin to come to pass, look up and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God: believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions; if not, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
