Therefore be ye not anxious, saying: What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, What shall we put round us? For all these the nations seek for; for your heavenly Father knows that ye have need of all these.
And ye, seek ye not what ye eat, or what ye drink, and keep not in anxiety. For all these things the nations of the world seek for: and your Father knows that ye have need of these.

Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, and believe in me.
