So that sin shall have no dominion over you; for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Likewise ye also, my brethren, are become dead to the law in the body of the Christ that ye should belong to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

For the law was given through Moses, but the grace and the truth of God came through Jesus, the Christ.

For Christ is the end of the law, to give righteousness to every one that believes.

and be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, (for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree),

to redeem those that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Is the law then against the promises of God? No, in no wise, for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture has concluded all under sin that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to the believers.

for the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did, by which we draw near unto God.
