For I am the LORD your God; ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy; neither shall ye defile your souls with any reptile that moves upon the earth. For I am the LORD that causes you to come up out of the land of Egypt to be your God; ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
Sanctify yourselves, therefore, and be ye holy, for I am the LORD your God. And keep my statutes and do them. I AM he who sanctifies you.
For both he that sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all of one, for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
but as he who has called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; for it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
For the will of God is your sanctification, that ye should separate yourselves from fornication,
according as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in charity;
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has prepared that we should walk in them.
But we should always give thanks to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you to saving health through the sanctification of the Spirit and faith in the truth,

This I say, therefore, and require in the Lord that from now on ye not walk as the other Gentiles walk in the vanity of their own senses, having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them because of the blindness of their heart, who, after losing all sense of feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness to work all uncleanness with greediness.read more.
But ye have not so learned of the Christ, if so be that ye have heard him and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus, that ye put off everything concerning the old way of life, that is, the old man who corrupts himself according to deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of your understanding and that ye put on the new man, which is created in conformity to God in righteousness and in the holiness of the truth.

And be not conformed to this age, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your soul that ye may experience what is that good and well pleasing and perfect will of God.
that ye might walk worthy of the Lord, pleasing him in everything, being fruitful in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of God,

Therefore we all, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord with uncovered face, are transformed from glory to glory into the same likeness, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
