And not being able to bring him to Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was; and, having broken it up, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying.
And, not finding by what means they might bring him in because of the multitude, having gone up on the housetop, they let him down through the tiles with the couch, into the midst, before Jesus.

Then it goes and takes along with itself seven other spirits more evil than itself, and, entering in, they dwell there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. So shall it be also to this wicked generation."

Watch ye, therefore, because ye know not in what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that, had the householder known at what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken through. Therefore, be ye also ready; for, in an hour that ye think not, the Son of Man is coming.read more.

There will be the weeping, and the gnashing of teeth!"
But know this, that, if the householder had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ye also ready; because at an hour ye think not the Son of Man cometh." And Peter said, "Lord, speakest Thou this parable to us, or to all?"read more.

for every house is built by some one, but He Who built all things is God. And Moses, indeed, was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of the things to be afterward spoken; but Christ as a Son over His own house; Whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.
to Whom coming, a Living Stone, rejected, indeed, by men, but with God Elect, Precious, ye yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
