But Zaccheus stood up and said unto Jesus, Behold, Lord, the half of my substance I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any one wrongfully, I restore him fourfold. Then said Jesus, This day is salvation come to this house, for as much as he also is a son of Abraham.

Owe no one any thing, but to love one another; for he that loveth others hath fulfilled the law: for this command, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet, and every other social precept, is summed up in this, namely, "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." Love worketh no evil to our neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Therefore, if thou bring thine offering to the altar, and there remembrest that thy brother hath any complaint against thee; leave thy gift there before the altar, and go and first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if any one has a complaint against any: even as Christ hath forgiven you, so also do ye. And above all these put on love, which is the band of perfection.

For as by the disobedience of one man many were made sinners; so by the obedience of One shall many be made righteous.

For He hath made Him, who knew no sin, to be a sin-offering for us, that in Him we might be made righteous before God.

so Christ, having been once offered to bear the sins of many, shall appear the second time without sin, to those who are waiting for Him, unto salvation.

for as by man came death, by man cometh also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

And so it is written, "The first man Adam was made a living soul." But the last Adam is an enlivening spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the animal; and afterwards the spiritual. The first man being made out of the earth, was earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.read more.
Such as the earthy was, such are they also that are earthy: and such, as is the heavenly, are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

and being in the human state, He humbled himself, and was obedient even unto death, and that the death of the cross. Wherefore God hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name above every name:

Jesus replied, If thou wouldst be perfect, go, sell thy estate, and give it to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come and follow me.

Then Jesus looked upon him with affection, and said to him, One thing thou wantest; go, sell all that thou hast, and give it to the poor; and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross and follow me.

But when Jesus heard these things He said unto him, Thou yet wantest one thing, Sell all that thou hast, and distribute to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

yea and every one who hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, shall receive an hundred-fold, and shall inherit eternal life.

And Jesus answered and said, Verily I tell you, there is no one that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my sake and the gospel's, but he shall receive an hundred-fold: now in this time indeed, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands with persecutions; but in the world to come life everlasting.

And He said unto them, Verily I tell you, there is no one that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive manifold more even in this life, and in the world to come life everlasting.

for he that would save his life, shall lose it; but he that would lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, shall save it.

Though I tell you indeed and in truth, Except a grain of wheat fall into the ground and die, it remaineth alone; but if it die, it produceth much fruit. So he, that loveth his life, shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world, shall preserve it unto life eternal.

Yea doubtless and I count all but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all, and I account them but dung, that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness which is of the law, but that which is by the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: that I may know Him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death;
