Then said Eliajah unto the people, I, even I only, remain a prophet of the LORD; but Baal's prophets are four hundred and fifty men.
It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and fertilize it:
I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.
And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of you: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
