Ezra took the book and opened it before the eyes of all the people for he was higher than the people. When it was open, all the people stood on their feet.

And I saw a powerful angel proclaiming with a loud voice: Who is worthy to open the book, and to remove the seals?

When the Lamb opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the persons who were slaughtered because of the word of God, and for the witness they gave.

When he opened the sixth seal I saw a great earthquake. The sun became black as sackcloth of hair and the moon became like blood.

When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about a half an hour.
