going, therefore, disciple ye all the nations, immersing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit;

And Peter said to them, "Repent, and be immersed each one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, unto remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit;

For I received from the Lord that which also I delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus, in the same night in which He was being betrayed, took bread; and, having given thanks, He broke it, and said, "This is My body which is for you; this do in remembrance of Me." In like manner also the cup, after supper, saying "This cup is the New Covenant in My blood; this do, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me:"

And, as they were eating, Jesus, taking a loaf and blessing it, broke it, and giving to his disciples, said, "Take, eat, this is My body." And, taking a cup, and offering thanks, He gave to the disciples, saying, "Drink of it, all ye; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is shed in behalf of many for remission of sins.

And, as they were eating, having taken bread and blessed it, He broke, and gave to them, and said, "Take ye; this is My body." And taking a cup, and blessing it, He gave it to them; and they all drank of it. And He said to them, "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out in behalf of many.

And, having taken a cup, and giving thanks, He said, "Take this, and share it among yourselves; for I say to you, that I will in no wise drink, henceforth, of the product of the vine, until the Kingdom of God shall come." And, taking bread, and giving thanks, He broke, and gave to them, saying, "This is My body, which is given for you; this do in remembrance of Me."read more.

for as many of you as were immersed into Christ, did put on Christ.

Or are ye ignorant, that all we who were immersed into Christ Jesus were immersed into His death?

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a partaking of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a partaking of the body of Christ? because we, the many, are one bread, one body; for we all partake of the one bread.

And now why do you delay? Arising, be immersed, and wash away your sins, calling on His name.'

For, if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, we shall be also in the likeness of His resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be brought to nought, that we should no more be in bondage to sin; for he that died has been justified from sin.

having been buried with Him in your immersion, in which ye were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, Who raised Him from the dead;

not by works of righteousness which we did, but according to His mercy, He saved us through a washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit;

which, in its anti-type, immersion, now saves you also (not a putting away of the filth of flesh, but the requirement of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

He that eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, abides in Me, and I in him.

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a partaking of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a partaking of the body of Christ?

And He gave him a covenant of circumcision; and so he begat Isaac, and circumcised him on the eighth day; and Isaac, Jacob; and Jacob, the twelve patriarchs.

For he is not a Jew, who is one outwardly; nor is that circumcision, which is outward in flesh; but he is a Jew, who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, whose praise is not of men, but of God.

How, then, was it reckoned? When he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while in uncircumcision; that he might be father of all who believe while in uncircumcision, that the righteousness might be reckoned to them;

in Whom ye were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hand, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ; having been buried with Him in your immersion, in which ye were also raised with Him through faith in the working of God, Who raised Him from the dead;

And He said to them, "With desire I desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: for I say to you, I will in no wise eat it, until it be fulfilled in the Kingdom of God."

Purge out the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, even as ye are unleavened. For our passover was sacrificed, even, Christ;
