And He saith to her, "Woman, what is it to Me and to you? My hour has not yet come." His mother says to the servants, "Whatsoever He saith to you, do." Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the Jews' manner of purifying, containing, each, two or three firkins. Jesus saith to them, "Fill the waterpots with water." And they filled them up to the brim. And He saith to them, "Draw out now, and bear to the ruler of the feast." And they bore it. When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and knew not whence it was, (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast calls the bridegroom, and says to him, "Every man sets on the good wine first; and, when they become drunken, the worse. You have kept the good wine until now!"
Be no longer a drinker of water, but use a little wine because of your stomach and your frequent infirmities.

Again, a second time, going away, He prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is not possible that this cup should pass away except I drink it, Thy will be done,"
And, going forward a little, He fell on His face, praying, and saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from Me: nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt."
And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible to Thee; take away this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what Thou wilt."

But Jesus, answering, said, "Ye know not what ye are asking. Are ye able to drink the cup that I am about to drink?" They say to Him, "We are able." He saith to them, "My cup, indeed, ye shall drink; but to sit on My right hand, and on My left, is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by My Father."
But Jesus said to them, "Ye know not what ye are asking. Are ye able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be immersed with the immersion that I am immersed with?" And they said to Him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink ye shall drink; and the immersion with which I am immersed shall ye be immersed;
Jesus, therefore, said to Peter, "Put up the sword into the sheathe. The cup which the Father hath given Me, shall I not drink it?"
Jesus answered and said to her, "Every one who drinks of this water will thirst again; but whosoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up into eternal life."
Now, on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood, and cried, saying, "If anyone thirst, let him come to Me and drink.
And, taking a cup, and offering thanks, He gave to the disciples, saying, "Drink of it, all ye; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is shed in behalf of many for remission of sins. And I say to you, I will not drink henceforth of this product of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in the Kingdom of My Father."
And taking a cup, and blessing it, He gave it to them; and they all drank of it. And He said to them, "This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out in behalf of many. Verily I say to you, I will no more drink of the fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new in the Kingdom of God."
And, having taken a cup, and giving thanks, He said, "Take this, and share it among yourselves; for I say to you, that I will in no wise drink, henceforth, of the product of the vine, until the Kingdom of God shall come."
And the cup, in like manner, after supper, saying "this cup is the new covenant in My blood, which, in your behalf, is being poured out.
Jesus, therefore, said to them, "Verily, verily, I say to you, unless ye eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink His blood, ye have no life in yourselves. He that eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day; for My flesh is true food, and My blood is true drink.read more.
