'Hand' in the Bible

Rise up, Lord God! Lift up Your hand.Do not forget the afflicted.

I keep the Lord in mind always.Because He is at my right hand,I will not be shaken.

You reveal the path of life to me;in Your presence is abundant joy;in Your right hand are eternal pleasures.

Display the wonders of Your faithful love,Savior of all who seek refugefrom those who rebel against Your right hand.

With Your hand, Lord, save me from men,from men of the worldwhose portion is in this life:You fill their bellies with what You have in store;their sons are satisfied,and they leave their surplus to their children.

You have given me the shield of Your salvation;Your right hand upholds me,and Your humility exalts me.

Now I know that the Lord gives victory to His anointed;He will answer him from His holy heavenwith mighty victories from His right hand.

Your hand will capture all your enemies;your right hand will seize those who hate you.

So I say, “I am grievedthat the right hand of the Most High has changed.”

You led Your people like a flockby the hand of Moses and Aaron.

He brought them to His holy land,to the mountain His right hand acquired.

You who love the Lord, hate evil!He protects the lives of His godly ones;He rescues them from the power of the wicked.

A psalm.Sing a new song to the Lord,for He has performed wonders;His right hand and holy armhave won Him victory.

When You give it to them,they gather it;when You open Your hand,they are satisfied with good things.

He saved them from the hand of the adversary;He redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

So He raised His hand against them with an oaththat He would make them fall in the desert

Let the redeemed of the Lord proclaimthat He has redeemed them from the hand of the foe

Save with Your right hand and answer meso that those You love may be rescued.

Set a wicked person over him;let an accuser stand at his right hand.

so they may know that this is Your handand that You, Lord, have done it.

For He stands at the right hand of the needyto save him from those who would condemn him.

A Davidic psalm.This is the declaration of the Lordto my Lord:“Sit at My right handuntil I make Your enemies Your footstool.”

The Lord is at Your right hand;He will crush kings on the day of His anger.

There are shouts of joy and victoryin the tents of the righteous:“The Lord’s right hand performs valiantly!

The Lord’s right hand is raised.The Lord’s right hand performs valiantly!”

May Your hand be ready to help me,for I have chosen Your precepts.

Like a servant’s eyes on his master’s hand,like a servant girl’s eyes on her mistress’s hand,so our eyes are on the Lord our Goduntil He shows us favor.

Like arrows in the hand of a warriorare the sons born in one’s youth.

with a strong hand and outstretched arm.        His love is eternal.

If I forget you, Jerusalem,may my right hand forget its skill.

If I walk into the thick of danger,You will preserve my lifefrom the anger of my enemies.You will extend Your hand;Your right hand will save me.

You have encircled me;You have placed Your hand on me.

even there Your hand will lead me;Your right hand will hold on to me.

You open Your handand satisfy the desire of every living thing.
