'Repent' in the Bible
"Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near."
From that time Jesus began to preach this message: "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near."
Then Jesus began to criticize openly the cities in which he had done many of his miracles, because they did not repent.
He said, "The time is fulfilled and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the gospel!"
so that although they look they may look but not see, and although they hear they may hear but not understand, so they may not repent and be forgiven."
