'Whoever' in the Bible

But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”—

Whoever does the will of God is My brother and sister and mother.”

And he said, "Whoever has ears to hear had better listen!"

because whoever has something, will have more given to him. But whoever has nothing, even what he has will be taken away."

For whoever is not against us is for us.
