'Believes' in the Bible

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God's power for the salvation of everyone who believes, of the Jew first and of the Greek as well.

However, to someone who does not work, but simply believes in the one who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness.

As it is written, "Look! I am placing a stone in Zion over which people will stumble a large rock that will make them fall and the one who believes in him will never be ashamed."

For the Messiah is the culmination of the Law as far as righteousness is concerned for everyone who believes.

For one believes with his heart and is justified, and declares with his mouth and is saved.

The Scripture says, "Everyone who believes in him will never be ashamed."

One person believes that he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables.
