'Confusion' in the Bible

When they came to the home of the synagogue leader, Jesus saw mass confusion. People were crying and sobbing loudly.

He entered the house and asked them, "Why all this confusion and crying? The child isn't dead. She's sleeping."

When you hear of wars and disturbances [civil unrest, revolts, uprisings], do not panic; for these things must take place first, but the end will not come immediately.”

When this sound occurred, a crowd gathered and was in confusion, because each one heard them speaking in his own language.

Some of the crowd shouted this and some that. Since the tribune couldn't learn the facts due to the confusion, he ordered Paul to be taken into the barracks.

For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

I would that they would even cut themselves off who throw you into confusion.

For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
