'Created' in the Bible
So God created the large sea-creatures and every living creature that moves and swarms in the water, according to their kinds. He also created every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
So God created man in His own image;He created him in the image of God;He created them male and female.
These are the family records of the descendants of Adam. On the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God;
He created them male and female. When they were created, He blessed them and called them man.
Then the Lord said, “I will wipe off from the face of the earth mankind, whom I created, together with the animals, creatures that crawl, and birds of the sky—for I regret that I made them.”
“Indeed, ask about the earlier days that preceded you, from the day God created man on the earth and from one end of the heavens to the other: Has anything like this great event ever happened, or has anything like it been heard of?
You alone are Yahweh.You created the heavens,the highest heavens with all their host,the earth and all that is on it,the seas and all that is in them.You give life to all of them,and the heavenly host worships You.
North and south—You created them.Tabor and Hermon shout for joy at Your name.
Remember how short my life is.Have You created everyone for nothing?
This will be written for a later generation,and a newly created people will praise the Lord:
When You send Your breath,they are created,and You renew the face of the earth.
For it was You who created my inward parts;You knit me together in my mother’s womb.
Let them praise the name of Yahweh,for He commanded, and they were created.
You made a reservoir between the walls for the waters of the ancient pool, but you did not look to the One who made it, or consider the One who created it long ago.
Look up and see:who created these?He brings out the starry host by number;He calls all of them by name.Because of His great power and strength,not one of them is missing.
so that all may see and know,consider and understand,that the hand of the Lord has done this,the Holy One of Israel has created it.
This is what God, Yahweh, says—who created the heavens and stretched them out,who spread out the earth and what comes from it,who gives breath to the people on itand life to those who walk on it—
Now this is what the Lord says—the One who created you, Jacob,and the One who formed you, Israel—“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
everyone called by My nameand created for My glory.I have formed him; indeed, I have made him.”
“Heavens, sprinkle from above,and let the skies shower righteousness.Let the earth open upso that salvation will sproutand righteousness will spring up with it.I, Yahweh, have created it.
I made the earth,and created man on it.It was My hands that stretched out the heavens,and I commanded all their host.
They have been created now, and not long ago;you have not heard of them before today,so you could not claim, ‘I already knew them!’
Look, I have created the craftsmanwho blows on the charcoal fireand produces a weapon suitable for its task;and I have created the destroyer to cause havoc.
Return it to its sheath!I will judge youin the place where you were created,in the land of your origin.
You were in Eden, the garden of God.Every kind of precious stone covered you:carnelian, topaz, and diamond,beryl, onyx, and jasper,sapphire, turquoise and emerald.Your mountings and settings were crafted in gold;they were prepared on the day you were created.
From the day you were createdyou were blameless in your waysuntil wickedness was found in you.
