'Fills' in the Bible

Aaron shall burn sweet and fragrant incense on it; he shall burn it every morning when he trims and tends the lamps.

Let the sea roar along with everything that fills it! Let the fields exult, along with everything in them!

He won't let me catch my breath; instead, he fills me with bitterness.
