Instructions For Christians

⁵ Likewise, you younger men, be subject to the older men. Yes, all of you clothe yourselves with humility and serve one another. God resists the proud, but gives loving kindness to the humble. ⁶ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, ⁷ Throw all your anxiety upon him, because he cares for you.

Humble yourselves in the presence of God, and he will exalt you.
