Despite The People Of Israel's Past Sin, The Lord Will Forgive Them

² Thus says Yahweh, who made you, and who formed you in [the] womb and will help you: you must not fear, my servant Jacob, and Jeshurun whom I have chosen. ³ For I will pour out water on a thirsty [land] and streams on dry ground. I will pour my spirit out on your descendants and my blessing on your offspring. ⁴ And they shall sprout {among} [the] grass like willows by a watercourse of water.

Joel 2:28

And it will happen afterward thus: I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy, and your elders will dream dreams; your young men shall see visions.
