Israel's Affliction By The Philistines And Ammonites

⁵ And Jair died and was buried in Kamon. ⁶ And again, the {Israelites} did evil in the eyes of Yahweh. They served the Baals, the Ashtaroth, the gods of Aram, Sidon, Moab, and the gods of the {Ammonites} and Philistines; they abandoned Yahweh and did not serve him. ⁷ And {the anger of Yahweh burned} against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of [the] Philistines and the {Ammonites}.

1 Kings 11:5

Solomon went after Ashtoreth the god of [the] Sidonians and after Molech the abhorrence of the Ammonites.

1 Kings 11:7
