An Oracle Against The Temple Priesthood

¹⁰ Jehovah of Hosts continues: Is there one among you who will shut the Temple doors to prevent lighting a useless fire on my altar. I am not pleased with you! I will not accept the offerings you bring me. ¹¹ For from the rising of the sun even to its setting, My name will be great among the nations, and in every place incense is going to be offered to My name, and a grain offering that is pure; for My name will be great among the nations,” says the Lord of hosts. ¹² You profane it by saying: 'The table of Jehovah is polluted and the fruit and food on it is contemptible.'

Isaiah 66:19-20
