A Prayer To God The Rock Of Refuge
3 Be thou unto me, a Rock to dwell in, a Place of Security, To save me, For, my mountain crag and my stronghold, thou art.
3 Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
3 (D)Be to me a rock of (E)habitation to which I may continually come;You have given (F)commandment to save me,For You are (G)my (a)rock and my fortress.
3 Be a rock of refuge for me,where I can always go.Give the command to save me,for You are my rock and fortress.(C)
3 Be my sheltering refuge where I may go continuously; command my deliverance for you are my rock and fortress.
4 Oh my God, deliver me, From the hand of the lawless one, From the clutch of the perverse and ruthless one;
4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
4 (H)Rescue me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,Out of the (b)grasp of the wrongdoer and ruthless man,
4 My God, deliver me from the power of the wicked and the grasp of ruthless practicers of evil.
6 Upon thee, have I stayed myself from birth, Thou art he that severed me, from the body of my mother, Of thee, shall be my praise - continually.
6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.

6 I have leaned on You from birth;You took me from my mother’s womb.(F)My praise is always about You.(G)
6 I depended on you since birth, when you brought me from my mother's womb; I praise you continuously.
10 For mine enemies have spoken of me, And, they who watch for my life, have taken counsel together;
10 For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,
10 For my enemies have spoken (f)against me;And those who (S)watch for my (g)life (T)have consulted together,
10 For my enemies talk against me; those who seek to kill me plot together
13 Let them be ashamed - be consumed, Who are assailing my life, - Let them be covered with reproach and confusion, Who are seeking my hurt.
13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.
13 Let those who are adversaries of my soul be (Y)ashamed and consumed;Let them be (Z)covered with reproach and dishonor, who (AA)seek (h)to injure me.
13 May my adversaries be disgraced and destroyed;may those who seek my harmbe covered with disgrace and humiliation.(N)
13 Let my adversaries be ashamed and consumed; let those who seek my destruction be covered with scorn and disgrace.
15 My month, shall relate thy righteousness, All the day, thy deliverance, For I know not the numbers.
15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
15 My (AD)mouth shall tell of Your righteousnessAnd of (AE)Your salvation all day long;For I (AF)do not know the (j)sum of them.
15 My mouth will tell about Your righteousnessand Your salvation all day long,though I cannot sum them up.(P)
15 I will declare your righteousness and your salvation every day, though I do not fully understand what the outcome will be.
16 I will enter into the mighty doings of My Lord - Yahweh, I will make mention of thy righteousness - thine alone.
16 I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.
16 I will come (AG)with the mighty deeds of the Lord (k)God;I will (AH)make mention of Your righteousness, Yours alone.
16 I come because of the mighty acts of the Lord God;I will proclaim Your righteousness, Yours alone.(Q)
16 Lord GOD, I will come in the power of your mighty acts, remembering your righteousness yours alone.
18 Even now, therefore, that I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me, - Until I tell of thine arm unto a new generation, Unto every one that is to come, thy might;
18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.
18 And even when I am (AK)old and gray, O God, do not forsake me,Until I (AL)declare Your (l)strength to this generation,Your power to all who are to come.
18 Even when I am old and gray,God, do not abandon me.(S)Then I will(a) proclaim Your powerto another generation,Your strength to all who are to come.(T)
18 Also, when I reach old age and have gray hair, God, do not forsake me, until I have declared your power to this generation and your might to the next one.
19 And, as for thy righteousness, O God, up on high, Wherein thou hast wrought great things, O God! who is like unto thee?
19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!
19 (m)For Your (AM)righteousness, O God, reaches to the (n)heavens,You who have (AN)done great things;O God, (AO)who is like You?
19 Your many righteous deeds, God, are great,
20 Thou who hast let us see many distresses and misfortunes, Wilt gain bring us to life, And, out of the resounding depths of the earth, wilt again raise us up;
20 Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
20 You who have (AP)shown (o)me many troubles and distressesWill (AQ)revive (p)me again,And will bring (q)me up again (AR)from the depths of the earth.
20 You caused me to experiencemany troubles and misfortunes,(V)but You will revive me again.(W)You will bring me up again,even from the depths of the earth.(X)
20 God, who can compare to you, who caused me to experience troubles that were numerous and disastrous? You will return to revive me and lift me up from the depths of the earth.
22 I also, will praise thee by the aid of a harp, Thy faithfulness, O my God, - I will make music unto thee with a lyre, Thou holy one of Israel;
22 I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.
22 I will also praise You with (r)(AU)a harp,Even Your (s)truth, O my God;To You I will sing praises with the (AV)lyre,O (AW)Holy One of Israel.
22 Therefore, I will praise You with a harpfor Your faithfulness, my God;I will sing to You with a lyre,Holy One of Israel.(Z)
22 I also will praise you with the harp; because of your faithfulness, my God, I will praise you with the lyre Holy One of Israel.
23 My lips shall make a joyful noise, When I make music unto thee, And my soul which thou hast ransomed;
23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.
23 My lips will (AX)shout for joy when I sing praises to You;And my (AY)soul, which You have redeemed.
23 My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you, whose life you have redeemed.
24 Even my tongue, all the day, shall softly utter thy righteousness, For they have turned pale - for they have blushed, Who were seeking my hurt.
24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
24 My (AZ)tongue also will utter Your righteousness all day long;For they are (BA)ashamed, for they are humiliated who seek (t)my hurt.
24 Therefore, my tongue will proclaimYour righteousness all day long,for those who seek my harmwill be disgraced and confounded.(AB)
